Fantastic place for a sunny beach getaway. Friendly staff will brighten your days.
Fantastic location right on the beach with loads of food and drink options. The heated outdoor pool was spacious and relaxing. The suite overlooking the sea had a huge balcony and we were able to sit at night and read under the stars with the sound of the ocean waves. Even with the busy boardwalk below it was quite calm and pleasant. The view was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The food…. was a bit terrible. I feel badly saying so, because again, every single staff member was so nice and friendly. The lettuce on our sandwiches we ordered poolside were wilted and brown, with rubbery chicken pieces that were quite inedible. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety, but the hot food (bacon, sausages, eggs) were either over or undercooked and again rubbery depending on the morning. My son loved it because there were so many different varieties of sweet pastries and sugary delicious treats. So I suppose he would give the food a thumbs up. As an adult, I really tried everything, and the food is the only reason I can’t agree with the 5 star rating of this hotel. Fortunately finding food outside the hotel was a breeze, and we got our fill of all the local specialities and seafood right outside our doorstep!

A great Adeje hotel in Tenerife
The interior decor was unique and pleasant. The gardens were beautiful and so well cared for. Everything ran like clockwork. The staff are so hardworking. But they have time to be friendly and they all looked happy in their work and with other colleagues. The food in exceptional.
There is an ATM for guests use in the foyer. We drew out €100 and it charged €7. I don't think there should be any charge, or a much lower charge. The one in a shopping centre nearby charged 1.8%.
